Frisco Fayer is a fifth generation Californian. He studied Biomechanics at the University of California at Davis, earning a Bachelor of Science with Honors in 1996. In 2004 Frisco earned his J.D. with Honors from the USC School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in the same year.

Prior to joining Jaffe and Clemens, Frisco was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  Frisco is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
